Your payment information will be processed directly through Shopify's services to safeguard sensitive information and provide the most secure means of payment for our customers.Your credit card information is not processed through or stored on www.autumnwish.com servers, and no information is ever released to a third party.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help evaluate and right the issue.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email support@autumnwish.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 2 business days.Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step!
Domestic orders take 2-7 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Customers will receive an email order update with the tracking number once order is shipped out. We update our orders with tracking number as soon as they are available. 

We ship through Fedex and USPS as our shipping carriers.

We provide free shipping on all orders (we only ship to lower 48 United States)

Please inspect your orders as soon as they arrive, and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We can then check with our carrier as well as records to make sure orders were processed correctly. 
Yes! we offer an affiliate program where all customers are offered after check out to sign up for a discount code when they refer a friend to complete a purchase at our store. 
No, all our orders are shipped free domestically to lower 48 states. And we only service the lower 48 states at the moment.
